University of Pune Admission to Certificate Courses in Advanced Computing and Embedded System Design Last Date – July 10

The University of Pune invited applications for admission in Certificate Courses in Advanced Computing and Embedded System Design. Interested candidates can submit  Application Forms before 10 July 2013. B.E./B.Tech (any discipline) or M.Sc (computer, IT, Electronic & Instrumentation) Graduate Can Apply for  Certificate Courses in Advanced Computing and Embedded System Design in University of pune. Admission to these certificate courses will be done on the basis of a Common Entrance Test conducted by ICIT through both the Online and Offline modes.

Certificate Course in Advanced Computing:

This course focuses on imparting skills of software development, project estimation, implementation and management. This caters to the huge requirement of software professionals in areas of web development, bug fixing, software testing, maintenance of data centers, consulting and IT related services.

Course Structure
Batches are conducted in February and August every year 24 weeks (1040 hours), Lectures 2 hrs/day, Practical 6 hrs/day.

Course Fee
Rs. 70,000.00 (To be paid in one installment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ICIT Pvt. Ltd., Pune”, within 10 days from selection for admission)

Eligibility
BE / BTech or Equivalent in any stream, M Sc (Electronics), M.Sc (Instrumentation), MCM (With B.Sc.), B.Sc. (Engg.), MCA (After B.Sc.), MCS (After B.Sc.). Final year students may apply.

Certificate Course in Embedded System Design

Aware of the real need for a multidisciplinary approach, the program prepares students with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the underlined technologies involved in embedded systems. The program is focused on both theoretical and concrete aspects. It aims at:

• Developing competencies, at system level design for the development of Embedded Systems, based on strong basics of complementary subjects, such as electronics, computer science, energy conversion and management, automatic control, telecommunications and networks.
• Developing the system approach through integrated projects to master specific methods and tools applied to the following domains: aeronautics, space, automobile or multimedia.

The training covers all hardware, software and control issues of Embedded Systems within an integrated system based perspective.

Rs. 65,000.00 (To be paid in one installment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ICIT Pvt. Ltd., Pune”, within 10 days from selection for admission).

Eligibility
BE / B. Tech. (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical), M.Sc. (Electronics & Instrumentation), or equivalent. Final year students may apply.

Online CET will be conducted across India through various centers on 13 and 14 July 2013, whereas Offline CET will be held only in Pune center on at 11:00 am on July 14, 2013.

Last date of Application submission :- 10 July 2013
Result Declaration :-18 July 2013
