TRANSLATIONAL HEALTH SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE

The Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology (Government of India) has  the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an autonomous institution, as a part of the interdisciplinary Health Biotech Science Cluster, in the National Capital Region. The institution is designed to be a dynamic and interactive organization with a mission to conduct innovative translational research and develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to accelerate the extension of concepts to the improvement of human health.
Applications are invited for the engagement of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and Junior Research Fellow
(JRF) from suitable candidates for various projects under THSTI:
Educationl Qualifications :
SRF: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences or Bioinformatics with 2 years research experience.
JRF: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences or Bioinformatics.
Pay Scale :
SRF:
- 18,000+HRA(for 1st and 2nd year)
- 20,000+HRA (for 3rd year)
JRF:
- 16,000+HRA(for 1st and 2nd year)
- 18,000+HRA(for 3rd year)
Appointment will be made on a contract for a period of 1 year at a time with a possibility of  extension on satisfactory performance review. There will be an initial probation period of 6 months that may be extended at the discretion of the competent Authority.
