IIT Kanpur Vacancies June 2013 :- Applications are invited for a temporary post of Senior Project Scientist/Engineer in the Samtel Centre for Display Technologies.
Qualifications :Â (I) Ph. D + 2 years experience in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant fields for the post of senior project scientist.
(II) Ph. D or M. Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant fields +3 years experience for the post of senior project engineer.
Salary : In the range Rs. 27000 – 2700– 54000 (consolidated)
Experience :Â The work requires fabrication of thin film transistors. Experience in microelectronic device fabrication, such as Photolithography, Sputtering, Vacuum processes etc. is required.

Qualifications :Â Ph. D or M. Tech in Electronic Engineering with 3 years experience in Embedded System Design is preferable.
Salary : In the range Rs. 27000 – 2700– 54000 (consolidated).
Experience : The work requires experience in design and implementation of Mixed Signal Embedded System using micro controllers and FPGAs.
