Hindustan News Print Limited  Requires Supervisor Trainees:-  Hindustan Newsprint Ltd (HNL) has issued notification for recruitment of supervisor trainee vacancies.
Supervisor Trainee ( Finance)
No of Posts – 04
Qualification:
Pass in CA / ICWA ( Intermediate) or Full time regular Masters Degree in Commerce from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates)
Supervisor Trainee ( Fibre Development and Procurement) – FDP
No of Posts – 06
Qualification:
BSc ( Agriculture / Horticulture/ Forestry) from a recognized Indian university with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Only full time regular courses will be considered.
Or
BSc. (Botany) with 2 years full time MBA from a recognized Indian University having scored minimum 60% marks for both graduation and post graduation (55% for SC/ST candidates)
Wherever CGPA, DGPA, OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated as per norms adopted by the University, a copy of which should be produced at the time of interview.
Maximum Age Limit : 22 – 30 years as on 1st June, 2013.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates.
Mode of Selection:-
Written Test and Interview.
Training and Probation
Candidates selected as Supervisor Trainees will be placed on Training for a period of one year. On successful completion of training they will be absorbed in S1 –grade and will be on probation for a period of six months.
Emoluments:
1. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.11,500 -3% – 29,600 at the minimum basic pay of Rs. 11500/- during training period. On successful completion of training – cum- probation period, they will be placed in the same pay scale in S1 grade.
2. Besides Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), Company accommodation or HRA, Leave Encashment, Leave Travel concession, Medical facilities, Reimbursement of Conveyance expenses, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Performance related Variable Pay (PRVP) etc will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
