Deccan Grameena Bank DGB invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Essential: Proficiency in local language

Age Limit:

• For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years – Below 28 years
• For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years

Scale of pay: 

• Officer JMGS-I: 14,500-600//07-18,700-700/02-20,100-800/07-25,700
• Office Assistant:7,200-400/.03-8,400-500/03-9,900-600/04-12,300-700/07-17,200-1,300/01-18,500-800/01-19,300

Selection Procedure:

• For Officer Scale-I:- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
• For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal

Probation Period:
Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 02 years in case of Officer JMGS- I and 01 year in case of Office Assistant.
