National Institute of Technology Nagaland (NIT Nagaland)
Applications are invited for the following faculty posts at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor in the regular cadre and on contract basis. Candidates who are likely to complete their Ph.D within the next few months are also encouraged to apply. In case, candidates with Ph.D are not available, masters degree holders from reputed Institutions with good academic record shall be considered on contract basis:-
- Professor : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs. 10000/-
- Associate Professor : 06 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400 – 67000 + AGP Rs. 9000/-
- Assistant Professor : 13 posts (UR-9, OBC-2, SC-1, ST-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- + AGP Rs. 8000 / Rs.7000 / Rs. 6000/-
Application Fee
The filled in application should be accompanied by the application fee of Rs. 600/- (Rs.300/- in case of SC/ST candidates) in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, National Institute of Technology Nagaland†payable at the Chumukedima, Dimapur from any Nationalized Bank.
How to Apply
The completed application and summary sheet in all respects along with photocopies of certificates, list of publications and the prescribed application fee should reach The Director, National Institute of Technology Nagaland, Chumukedima, Dimapur, Nagaland – 797103 by speed post on or before 03/07/2013 by 5:00 p.m.
