- Post Code – 1 Officer Vacancies(MMG -II) : 19 posts with a pay scale of Rs. 25700– 31500 per month
- Post Code – 2 Officer Vacancies(JMG -I) : 24 posts with a pay scale of Rs. 14500– 25700  per month
- Post Code -3 Office Assistant Vacancies: 21 posts with a pay scale of Rs.    19400 – 28100 per month
written exam Dates : 8/1/2012 for officers & Â 18/12/ 2012 Â for Office Assistants.

Eligibility (as on 01.09.2011 ) :
- Officer MMG-II – (21 – 32 years) (Experience required – Minimum 1(Or two for some Posts as mentioned in Advertisement) years
- Officer JMG-I – (18  – 28 years)( No Experience required )
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – (18 – 28 years)( No Experience required )
- Should have completed Bachelor degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Oriya language & must have passed VII Standard/Class in Oriya language.
