Documents needed for LDC certificate verification
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES IN RESPECT OF VERIFICATION FOR SELECTION TO THE POST OF LDC (VARIOUS)
1. Date of birth/Age | Relevant page of SSLC or equivalent certificate |
2. Educational Qualification | SSLC/equivalent qualification |
3. Caste/Community (for reservation) | Community Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate |
4. Ex-Servicemen | Discharge Certificate/Pension Payment Order |
5. Sportsmen | Sports Certificate countersigned |
6. Physically Handicapped | Medical Certificate regarding the physical disability issued by a Medical Board or by a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon |
7. Candidates in Government service | No Objection Certificate obtained from the respective department or Head of Office and Service Certificate |
8. Change in the Name, Date of Birth or Signature | Candidate who has effected change in name, date of birth or signature should prove the same by producing relevant Gazette Notification |
9. Any Other Claim | Candidates who claim any other qualification or priority should produce proper certificates to prove the same. |
