Here are the eligibility criteria for the BMC Stenographer Recruitment 2023:
- Age: 18-40 years (as on 01.01.2023)
- Nationality: Indian
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
- Knowledge of computers
- Proficiency in Marathi and English
- Minimum speed of 80 wpm in Marathi and 60 wpm in English
The selection process for the BMC Stenographer Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following steps:

- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Skill Test
The Preliminary Examination will be a computer-based test (CBT) that will consist of two sections:
- General Knowledge
- Numerical Ability
