The organization is inviting offline applications for Tenure Based Chemical Process Worker (CPW) Personnel on a contract basis. Candidates selected for this post will work initially for a period of one year, which may be extended up to four years, depending on the factory requirements and individual performance.

The essential qualifications for this post include:

- Ex-trade apprentice of AOCP trade trained in Ordnance Factories of erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT)

Age relaxation will be applicable for OBC-NCL, SC/ST, and Ex-Serviceman candidates as per government norms.
