The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for SBI Clerk Recruitment 2023, inviting applications for 8283 posts of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in the Clerical Cadre. The online application process started on 17th November 2023 and will conclude on 10th December 2023.
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, having completed any degree, can apply by the specified deadline. The application fee is Rs. 750 for General/OBC/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM applicants are exempt from fees. Payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, or internet banking.
The age limit for applicants is between 20 to 28 years as of 1st April 2023, with applicable age relaxation as per norms. SBI Clerk 2023 Application Fee
The category-wise fee structure for the SBI Clerk online application is as follows:
- SC/ST/PWD: NIL
- General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 750/- (Application Fee, including intimation charges)
Important Note: Fee/Intimation charges, once paid, will NOT be refunded for any reason, nor can they be reserved for any other examination or selection. The application fee must be paid online.
SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2023 Selection Procedure:
- Selection involves two phases: SBI Clerk Prelims and SBI Clerk Mains exam.
- All candidates must clear both phases for the appointment letter.
- No provision for Inter Circle Transfer / Inter State Transfer for Junior Associates.
Note: Trained apprentices of SBI (on or before 31/10/2023) may be given weightage in the Main Examination by awarding 2.5% of the maximum marks (i.e. 5 marks out of 200 marks) as bonus marks.

Educational Qualifications (as on 31/12/2023):
- A valid graduation degree (UG) in any discipline from a recognized university.
Age Limit (as on 01/04/2024):
- Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as of 01.04.2023.
- Candidates must have been born between 02.04.1995 and 01.04.2003 (both days inclusive).

- OBC: 31 years
- Person with disabilities (General): 38 years
