Documents needed for LDC certificate verification

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES IN RESPECT OF VERIFICATION FOR SELECTION TO THE POST OF LDC (VARIOUS)

                        All the candidates whose register numbers are included in the list should appear in person before the Concerned KPSC District Officer, with the originals and copies of all the required documents to prove date of birth, community (Community Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for those claiming reservation benefits), qualifications and other concessions/benefits allowable to Ex-Service/Physically Handicapped/Sports, Experience, Service etc. as per the time schedule fixed failing which their names will not be included in the Ranked List.
The candidates themselves should produce the documents for verification before the Concerned KPSC District Officer.
Candidates who became eligible for option by transfer should also submit Service Certificate/No Objection Certificate.
As per Ranked List has to be published in a time bound manner, no further time or any further change will be allowed for producing originals or copies of documents. Therefore candidates should see that their chance is not lost. Candidates should be proved for the verification of documents in person at the time and date in accordance with the time schedule appended as per the list of Register Numbers at their own expenses.
      Originals and copies of the following Documents should be produced by the candidates made in the application in proof of various claims. Please see the General Conditions of the Notification also.


1. Date of birth/Age Relevant page of SSLC or equivalent certificate
2. Educational Qualification SSLC/equivalent qualification
3. Caste/Community (for reservation) Community Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
4. Ex-Servicemen Discharge Certificate/Pension Payment Order
5. Sportsmen Sports Certificate countersigned
6. Physically Handicapped Medical Certificate regarding the physical disability issued by a Medical Board or by a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon
7. Candidates in Government service No Objection Certificate obtained from the respective department or Head of Office and Service Certificate
8. Change in the Name, Date of Birth or Signature Candidate who has effected change in name, date of birth or signature should prove the same by producing relevant Gazette Notification
9. Any Other Claim Candidates who claim any other qualification or priority should produce proper certificates to prove the same.

      No candidate shall be given any chance to produce the certificate and documents mentioned above after the time fixed for the verification.
