Specialists / Consultants Posts in Department of Land Resources :-The Department of Land Resources (DoLR) with a view to enhance effectiveness of the Integrated Watershed Management Program (IWMP), is preparing a Watershed Management Project ‘Neeranchal’ with the assistance of the World Bank. The objectives inter alia include supporting the introduction of more holistic watershed planning for better program convergence with other related programmes at village level; strengthening quality oversight arrangements to improve sustainability of investments; building required human resource and institutional capacities at DoLR, State watershed agencies and other stakeholders.
The DoLR, with this end in view, is preparing the Project Implementation Plan and intends to conduct the studies on Strategic Environmental & Social Assessment, Preliminary Baseline Survey, Grievance Redress Mechanism, Drafting of Project Implementation Plan by engaging following individual domain specialists / consultants on short term basis:

- Social Specialist for SESA
- Environmental Specialist for SESA
- Project Implementation Plan (PIP) Consultant
- Preliminary Baseline Survey Consultant
- Grievance Redress Consultant
Minimum Master’s Degree in thematic areas with work experience across multiple States in India of at least 10 years for posts at Sl. No 1, 4, 5 & 6 and 8 years for posts at Sl. No 2 & 3. For details on contract period, estimated man-days and proposed payment terms and conditions please refer the ToRs. Persons would be engaged purely on short-term basis for delivery of services for the proposed project preparation related studies.
