 Specialist Doctors in the following Branches are being inducted in the pay scale of Rs.24900-50500 (E3 grade) (Total starting emoluments Rs.60325.36 Ps. per month).
 Annual increment rate of 3%.
 Non-Practicing Allowance @ 17.5%.
 Dearness Allowance 61.5% on basic pay + NPA.
 Coal field allowance @ 7%.
 Allowance in terms of perks 43.5% of Basic pay per month.
 Group Gratuity Scheme.
 Coal Mines Provident Fund and Coal Mines Pension.
 Non-Practicing Allowance @ 17.5%.

 Coal field allowance @ 7%.

 The Management is extending contribution @12% of Basic pay + DA + NPA equivalent to the contribution from the employee towards Coal Mines Provident Fund.
 Career growth and promotional avenues are well defined. E4, E5 and E6 grades are time bound, being given after a period of 3 years in the pregrade. E7 and E8 grades are being given against vacancies after completion of 3 years service. In all, in a period of 15 years an executive appointed as Specialist Doctor can be elevated to E8 grade subject to vacancies and seniority.

Apart from the vacancies notified above, a panel would also be drawn for a period of one year and candidates will be considered for appointment depending upon the vacancies coming up in future.
